My inspiration to write this book, I received a message from God to share with the world about who He is and How to please Him.
My first thought was to write a letter to everyone in the world, but then I realized it would take too much time and I did not know the addresses, so I decided to write a book instead.
The Adventures of Mia and Jace” is very educational and inspiring. We live in a time when people are being misled, mistreated, disrespected. Doubt and fear have a tendency to creep in. This book encourages and enlightens children. There are lessons on discipline, obedience, and courage that will be helpful to the reader and listener. It also shows that when parents take the time to share with their children and reaffirm their love for them, it makes a difference.
The book shares the importance of parents being active in the lives of their children. Not only is this book easy to understand, but it also uses scripture to validate values and biblical principles. It also reminds of the importance of having someone in our lives that we trust and that will challenge us to become better. This book will be a blessing to others for years to come.

As a parent and an educator, I found this book to be a refreshing, creative way to orient young children in developing and/or adjusting Christian and family values. These imaginative adventures offer the reader a chance to explore real life circumstances and consequences in a non-threatening manner. As each story unfolds, the author provides gentle reminders as well as opportunities for meaningful dialogue between parent and child which supports character building strategies; all while emphasizing trust in God.
What I love about The Adventures of Mia and Jace is how it teaches Christian values and lessons in a way that children can comprehend. I also love how it teaches children about obedience, making wise choices, and the consequences of making unwise choices. Each chapter references the use of daily principles that can be taught to children such as honesty, honor and having patience to name a few. I would advise anyone who has children to purchase this book of life lessons.
The Adventures of Mia and Jace takes me back to the “Aesop's Fables” I read as a little girl. This delightful book has a modern-day spin to it using a sister and brother duo, along with their favorite toys and pets to tell stories of everyday life. Each story references scripture to deliver a moral and a message for readers young and old to learn and remember. All of this, coming from the heart of a very talented little author, is a must read that’s needed today on every bookshelf and bedside table. “And a child shall lead them" is so very true. This book is a really good lesson for kids because it teaches us to believe in god and to listen to our parents and god. It also teaches us not to tell stories to our parents and others. It taught me to not want to seek revenge and be nice to people and that I am beautiful and wonderfully made by god and there is nothing wrong with me and it taught me to not change because of what people say about me.
